I think Chapman a huge possibility still

With Giants and Nationals as possible playoff opponents and both have big LH sticks, adding the big lefty is a strong possibility still.

Maybe. But I read Jed's comment, "expect the unexpected" to mean they're not going after Chapman/Miller, or at least the gap between offers is so great as to make it very unlikely.

On a related note, everything I've read indicated the Yankees really wanted Schwarber bad. So I kinda like the fact that Theo and Jed are like, "yeah, nah..."

Schwarber, Billy McKinney for Miller, Betances. Who says no? You'd get 2+ years of Miller and then 3+ years of Betances.

I think you missed your own point. You compared the chance of the sun not spinning tomorrow to Kyle not being a Super Stud.
