has to be a 7-9 to 9-7 finish to screw up next year's draft when they finally decide to draft a QB.

We are slowly turning into a team where every game will be win-able. With that in mind, somehow I ended up having the bears with a 16-0 record in the regular season.

I think I need to look at the team schedule in its entirety just to see where we are likely to lose games

Our schedule really does seem like cake this year. TB, NY, Titans, SF all in a row? C'mon Fox, that has to at least be 3 wins.

Football hell at 7-9. We probably get an upset somewhere that will be offset with a Robbie Gould pushed right loss.
Drafting middle of the pack so finding Jay's replacement eludes us again.
Watching GB have a viable shot at going deep into the playoffs with an outside chance at the whole thing.
Same shit different year.

You are whining that we wont have a chance to draft a quality QB while GB has a shot at the superbowl, when GB is starting a QB they snagged toward the end of the first round. Your complaint doesnt really hold water.

Joe Flacco was taken in the second half of the first round, and Brees and Dalton (one with a SB win and another who consistently gets his team in the playoffs) were both second rounders. Carr is a player on the rise and he was also a second rounder. The fact is that we wont know what talent is available with our pick until it is our turn to draft a player. And we wont know how that player pans out until we see him in action. Instead of this "doom and gloom" point of view, you can choose to be optimistic and hopeful that our team keeps improving.

a 4-0 start and stumbling to a 8-8 record. This boards servers wouldn't be able to handle the amount butthurt that would come from that.
