Robertson-Harris looked like he can play last game. I think this move was just to stash him away (not really injured).
I believe this list is the same as the PUP list, meaning he can be activated after week 6.

No, just has to sit out the first 6 weeks and then the team can have him practice and decide if they want to activate him at that point or later in the season. The game last week sucked but this guy played well.
