I know Joe, in general, likes to integrate young players relatively slowly but I wish Almora was playing more.

I was not very familiar with Jay prior to signing here but he does not seem to do anything particularly well thus far.

I'm not saying there is no role for him. But he's not a great hitter and his defense is far below Almora. But if he proves me wrong I'll be happy ha!

He didn't move for a solid second after that last one was hit. I agree I'd much rather see Almora out there.

There's no "thus far" about it.

I am in StL and have seen plenty. And no cards fabs liked him.

Lackey will go 5 to 6 ip and give up 4 or more runs which he done in 3 of his 4 starts so far..

Way too many games so far this year where the defense looks sloppy. You obviously can't win everyday but this team shouldn't be losing games because of the defense.
