Only took a year but I think we can all leave Heyward alone for now...

And.....we are giving it right back.

Our starting pitching is not good right now. A concern.

Control issues....1 to 5. They better tighten things up soon, the Cubs won't be scoring runs like this forever.

Missing Marte big time.

I think Osuna should have caught Bryant's, but clearly should have had Zobrist's.

Heyward has 1/3rd as many RBI in 19 games as he had in 162.

Two or three days ago, it felt like he had 4.

lol.....49 RBI in 142 games last year. He's on a pace to drive in 128 this year.

Anderson just hurt himself getting out of the way on a bunt.

(After another walk, with an 8 run lead!)

I've just about had my fill of this guy already....9-1 lead and he walks three with 40+ pitches in less than 2 innings. If a guy's getting hit it's one thing but pitching like this is just giving it away.

Pssssstt....he only played in 142 of them.

Well, then I also missed your math for your projection.

Good lord, he was so bad he ended up sitting 20 times?! He missed a few after his dive in SF, but I would have guessed he played more than 142.

And I certainly am not ready to project that he will maintain his pace, given that most have come in the past 4 or 5 games. But every swing like that one for the HR makes me feel better about his season. I literally didn't see a swing that good one time last year.

Keep it up, Jason.

LOL, you're right. It's based on 142 games....it would actually be more than 128 if he went the full 162.

Hell, I'll take 75 or 80 and be happy.
