Yep, no reason for him to take up a roster spot. Talks too much for someone who is never on the field.

Cutler's going to come out of the booth week 1 and get in his face with a "Wake the f*ck up!"

How quickly things go from strength of the team to a realization that this group is old and injury prone outside of Floyd. It is what it is gents.

I mean, really??? Pace just said in the presser that he didn't think anyone was going to start off on the PUP!! Did McKnee's fat ass not tell the coaching staff that his knee was still fucked??? Seriously?? I'm about to rip my dick off!!!

Is this a bad joke?? Dude need to STFU and let his play do the talking! Which is hopefully sooner than later!

We all know his knees are shot but that he can still play at a high level if not specifically damaged. Perhaps this is as more about wear and tear (they'll give him reps as the season approaches) and having more options for the season, though I don't want to see that happen. I'd hate to think he's not playing for the 1st 6 weeks. At least he'll be able to participate in meetings and other facilities.

Jesus just get him healthy enough for him and Houston to split snaps to keep them both fresh and healthy and then let these guys go next year.

Moving on.

If the Bears get anything from McPhee it is a bonus. I am counting on him for nothing at this point.

Not sense in cutting him.

$1.5m cap hit spread over 2 years once healthy. Easy enough to forget about if the team so chooses. That said, I expect him to be here and have an effective year on passing downs while playing a more limited role.

Face it. The dude is and the signing was...a bust. Move on. Roll the $6.325 mill into additional cap for next year.
