We need to trade Kyle Long for a real WR

The running game is clearly better with Long in there. Its not even debatable. You build in the trenches. Its irrelevant anyway, because nobody is giving up a good WR for an o lineman. Look at the PIT game with Long, and the games without him and tell me its the same.

You do know that the Packers were stacking 8-9 men in the box almost the entire game don't you? Their entire main focus was to stop the run and make Glennon beat them in the air. Long is an integral part to the o-line as a whole and you sure as hell don't get rid of him when you don't even have the depth on the o-line. This is by far one of the worst things you can do right now. Trubisky will make the receivers better and they aren't as bad as they're made out to be, they get open and fight for yards, they just need to work on not dropping passes which should help with a more accurate qb

Before the season there were a whole lot of people on here with a hell of a lot of bad to say about J.Goff and now.........................not so much. Some rookies take longer then others or in J.Goff's and maybe Trubisky's case they don't have the talent around them to succeed. They gave Goff---S.McVay, S.Watkins, R.Woods, C.Kupp, worked on the o-line which has obviously helped Gurley and look at him now. D.Watson has a top WR in the league, L.Miller and B.O'Brien who opens the offense up for their QB's so i'm expecting things to start a little slower for Trubs and then we'll see what R.Pace does for him in 2018.

That's because Glennon ended the game in the 1st quarter by getting so far behind.The Bears had to throw. Any effort on the ground as wasted and no rythem with it was going to get established. He's an all pro guard, the line is better with him there in my opinion.

this would be a legit statement if Hronis Grassu was worth a dam, but he is looking like another Pace - Bust.... if he was what he should have been could have him at center and Whitehair at Guard....but given general value of Guards around the league, probably wouldn't net much in return WR wise.... maybe a guy like Jarvis Landry if say the dophins were in the hunt and hurting bad at that position.
