Anyone that actually wants Jim Harbaugh to come in and take over complete control of the Bears including player personnel and drafting.... just take a look at the 49ers drafts while Harbaugh was there. It's absolutely disgustingly bad.

LaFleur wouldn't be a bad idea. He just doesn't look like a HC to me, but for all I know, he'd be a great coach. He was Matt Ryan's QB coach in 2015 and 2016. Now, he goes to the Rams and Goff has a better season than last year.
