Who do you like?

Round 1: Calvin Ridley, Christian Kirk, and Courtland Sutton.
Round 2: Dante Pettis, Michael Gallup, Deon Cain, DJ Moore.
Round 3: Jordan Lasley, DJ Chark, James Washington, Keke Coutee.

Forget Round 3, Cain and Moore are realistic but lets see what FA's we nab first. Right now we need defensive players!

He will be a good signing. Don't underestimate his familiarity with Nagy and the way he coaches. Will be a huge help in being a coach on the field for a likely young WR corps.

So called experts at NFL.com are calling Ridley a slot receiver in the NFL. Probably don't need 2 of those.

Fuller is def coming back, We will tag him worst case.

Prince may be back, and if he isn't there are comparable replacements in FA.

Callahan is a RFA so he will be tendered and will be back. Cooper still has not been cut and if so they would expect him to be the backup at either position.

I don't see the need at CB as high as other positions. However, I like Denzel Ward.

Our only other voids on defense are ILB(which could be kwiatkowski), OLB, and opposite DE(which i expect to be bullard). OLB i don't like anyone at #8. Davenport has too many question marks.

Ridley is not a slot, he can play anywhere, including the slot.

I'm fine with an OLB in one, WR in 2 and BPA in 3. Of course what happens between now and then and what drops on draft day changes that sort of thing.

Wilson would be a vg addition and at least in this instance, he's probably our if we offer the most unlike previous years. Pace's FAs have not been far from great but at least when his targets turned down long term deals, he didn't just do the same thing for the next guy and only offered deals that were short and/or with outs. He didn't compound the lack of top signings by forcing a second tier player.

That is always possible, but it seems likely that he will trade down to get more picks.

I agree but who will want Baker Mayfield that much?

A team that was last in passing and at the bottom generally in offense--and in the top half of the league in defense--needs defensive players more than offensive players?

Welcome to the upside down world.

The upside down world is not factoring in the bears currently have one legitimate OLB on the roster at the moment.

OLB is every bit as pressing as WR and quality pass rushers are much harder to find in FA

The way it looks right now I have to imagine the Bears will be targeting Davenport or Edmunds at 8. There are some very good potential options at corner in free agency, decent options at receiver but next to nothing as far as edge rushers. I think they'll go after someone like Dion Jordan or Aaron Lynch in free agency and target OLB in the draft.

I think we will likely bring back Houston and Acho to fill out the olb position along with a top pick and possibly one other mid-level FA.
