Why? They havent been relevant in 30 years. They play in a very average stadium that they dont even own. Their office/practice facility is average. They dont have a lot of talent ande will be subpar for years

Google Forbes' rankings. I once saw a pretty detailed breakdown of baseball teams' revenue. TV contracts are the biggest factor. In a nutshell, winning teams have a better following, so those teams get higher paying TV contracts.
