fangraphs 25 percentile for the cubs win total projection is 91 with 75 percentile being 96. For the brewers they have 85 and 90. So, using those as guide posts the cubs need 23 more wins or they need whatever losses the Brewers take over 71. Going 23-22 seems fairly manageable and that's just to win the division. Also, that Hamels trade looks like insane value right now. He'd already produced more fwar in his first 2 starts than he did with texas. This third start probably pushes him close to double the value he'd produced prior.
