ESPN’s Chris Broussard reports that Carmelo Anthony plans to visit the Chicago Bulls as he becomes a free agent. Anthony will be able to visit the Bulls and other teams starting July 1st.
Along with the Bulls, Anthony plans on visiting the Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks as all three teams have shown interest in the free agent. Rumors have swirled that the Bulls are on top of the All-Star forward’s list of teams he’d like to sign with. Those three teams will make their pitch to ‘Melo offering whatever they can to land him. He can however get more money from New York, which could be a big factor.
