5. Markus Golden
It’s been a weak free agency for defensive ends. Golden, like Floyd, is an outside linebacker that typically plays at home in the 3-4 scheme. The 32-year-old would be a great emergency option to bolster the pass rush if they can’t land one of the other names on this list. Golden’s sack production was down in 2022, as he only recorded 2.5 sacks last season. However, he had 11 sacks in 2021. Golden brings one virtue Eberflus craves, ball production. Golden’s had two seasons where he recorded four fumbles.
