Coming into this game fans were confident, and maybe over confident(like myself). I was already thinking of how the Hawks would match up with the Sharks, But you can never under estimate the potential of a Goal Medal winning goalie. This was a game to forget for the Hawks and that is exactly what Im going to do with this article. First a VERY brief recap.
Erhoff started the game off with a goal just a minute in. Bieska would then make it 2-0 late in the 1st. Bieska then made it a 3-0 game in the 2nd.
The Hawks tried to make a comeback with Toews scoring a goal, which is his 8th straight game with a point. That’s all the Hawks would get in a 3-1 loss to the Canucks.
The Hawks look to close out the series Tuesday in Canada.
