It was Country Night at the BMO Harris Bank Centre in Rockford and the IceHogs were hosting the Adirondack Flames before a packed house. Antti Raanta was in net for the IceHogs, leading the team in the shut out, stopping all 26 shots the Flames sent his way. Ryan Hartman found his groove in the 2nd period and was credited with 1 goal and 2 assists.
Fans needed to keep their Fight Cards close by during the first period, as there were a total of 3 fights. Dancing for the IceHogs was Mashinter, Labrie and Ross while the Flames countered with Seiloff, Tousignant and Cundari respectively.
The IceHogs return to the BMO on Sunday afternoon March 22, hosting the Texas Stars at 4pm. It’s Jersey Auction night, where proceeds from the live auction will benefit TAP, The Autism Program.
