Iowa Wild’s Pat Cannone led his team to victory against the IceHogs last Saturday night, 2-1. Cannone scored twice for Iowa, while Rockford’s uninspired play could only answer back once. Rockford’s lone goal was scored by Chris DeSousa.
The 2016-17 hockey season is winding down, with eight away and six home games left for the IceHogs to play.
