Derrick Rose landed hard on Monday night against the Knicks, and as a result, his groin got a tad sore.
So, for the third time this season, veteran Mike James has been brought back to the Bulls as injury insurance in case Derrick Rose is unable to play against the Miami Heat tonight.
With CJ Watson and Luol Deng both still questionable and Rip Hamilton out, the starting lineup may look like this:
G – Ronnie Brewer
G – Mike James or John Lucas
F – Kyle Korver
F – Carlos Boozer
C – Joakim Noah
He has signed a 10 day contract, but it’s said he could be given a veteran’s minimum contract for the remainder of the season.
