The 55th Super Bowl is just around the corner. If you are already getting excited about the biggest event of the US sports calendar, and you are unable to attend it in person, you will want to plan how you are going to watch the match. So, here are the various options available for watching Super Bowl LV.

When is Super Bowl LV and what time is kickoff?

Super Bowl LV is scheduled for February 7. Kickoff is at 6.30 pm Eastern Standard Time, which is 3.30 pm Pacific Time and 11.30 pm Greenwich Mean Time. Pregame footage will begin several hours in advance, though. The game itself will last around four hours, including a 30-minute halftime intermission.

Which teams are competing?

It is too early to know which teams will be competing, but if last year’s champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, can repeat their win, as they are tipped by many to do, they will be the first team to win back-to-back titles since the New England Patriots achieved the feat in 2004 and 2005. But other teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Green Bay Packers, the New Orleans Saints, and the Seattle Seahawks still stand a chance of competing at the 2021 Super Bowl. Check out this helpful guide on betting on Super Bowl LV to find out more.

How can you watch Super Bowl LV in the US?

CBS holds the rights to broadcast the Super Bowl in 2021. So, anyone who has access to the CBS channel can tune-in to Super Bowl LV for no extra cost. Furthermore, you could watch the game via CBS’s standalone streaming service CBS All Access. There is a monthly subscription fee to pay. However, you can try a free trial with CBS All Access, so if you time the trial right, you could watch the Super Bowl without having to pay a cent. Other streaming providers offer the CBS channel, so you can also stream Super Bowl LV via YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, fuboTV, and AT&T TV.

How can you watch Super Bowl LV in other countries?

Fans of the NFL are not confined to the US, of course. Many international fans will be wondering how they can watch Super Bowl LV. Here is how to watch the game in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

In the United Kingdom, the game will be aired on the free BBC One channel. It will also be available online on the BBC’s iPlayer, but you must have a UK television license to access it. UK viewers can also watch the game via the paid-subscription Sky channels, Sky Sports Mix and Sky Sports NFL. People in the UK can also watch the Sky coverage of the game via the broadcaster’s Now TV offshoot.

Canada, NFL fans can watch the Super Bowl via the DAZN streaming service. You will be able to watch comprehensive coverage from the playoffs to the final game

Foxtel is the home of NFL in Australia, and while it has not yet confirmed that it will be airing Super Bowl LV, it is highly likely that Foxtel will broadcast the game. In which case, Australians will be able to view the game on devices like laptops and tablets by using the Foxtel Go app. Kayo Sports is another option in Australia. It almost always shows the same big sporting events that Foxtel broadcasts.

Whatever way you decide to watch Super Bowl LV, the game is sure to be just as thrilling as it is every year.
