Each year WGN produces a video prior to the start of the season to ‘pump’ fans up. Now recently, there hasn’t been much excitement from the video but times are changing.
I can honestly say this is probably the most exciting video I’ve seen from WGN since prior to the 2009 season where the Cubs were coming off an NL Central title. I can also admit that seeing Ernie Banks, Ron Santo, Ryne Sanberg and listening to Harry Caray gave me goosebumps.
