White Sox vs. A’s Preview

The White Sox (25-32) return home from an exhausting trip to Seattle to take on the Oakland Athletics (36-25) for a four-game stint. The Sox played out in Oakland less than a week ago, and were handed three losses to tack on to their eight game losing streak.

The good guys are coming off a win against Seattle, but it didn’t come easy. It took 17 hits, eight pitchers, and over 6 hours to top the Mariners at 7-5 in the 16th inning. I admit, it was good to see the team hitting again—as we all know their bats are much overdue—but there were plenty of plays during the game (well, after the 13th inning that is) that left Sox fans dumbfounded. Including our favorite announcer Hawk Harrelson, who sat silent on-air for over 30 seconds.

If you plan on dropping any bets, you will get your best odds at titanbet.

But a game of that length is tiring, and then you consider the changes in time zones as they return to Chicago. They better rest up, because the A’s are coming off a hot win against the Milwaukee Brewers and they’re feeling good. Not to mention, their away-game travel schedule happens to be very convenient this week.

If the White Sox are going to come back at all this season, now is the time. The cursed eight-game losing streak has been broken, and the bats are ready to go again. But Oakland remains a tough opponent, winning 16 of their last 19 games.
